Facets, iPhone
I paid and my cards are still limited.
Open Settings inside Facets and tap Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought with.
I got a new phone and my cards are gone.
Facets stores your cards on the device, not on a server. If you turned on backup, sign in to the same iCloud account and your cards come back. If backup was off, they were only ever on the old phone.
A file I attached says it cannot be found.
Facets links to files where they live rather than copying them. If the file moved, was renamed, or lives in an iCloud folder that has not downloaded yet, the link breaks. Open the card, tap the attachment, and link it again.
My QR code will not scan.
A card carrying a lot of information makes a dense code. Remove the photo from the QR content, or show the code full screen with the brightness up. Codes scan better on a screen than printed small.
I forgot the PIN on my private cards.
There is no recovery, and this is deliberate. A PIN we could reset is a PIN anyone could reset. You can clear the private section and start over, which permanently deletes the cards inside it.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. Everything stored on the device goes with it. If you turned on backup, also remove Facets data from iCloud in the iOS Settings app.
