SwiftList, iPhone, iPad and Mac

Nested checklists that stay on your devices. Get it on the App Store · About SwiftList · SwiftList Manual.

I bought Premium and SwiftList still shows the free limits.

Open Settings in SwiftList, tap Premium, then Restore Purchases. On a Mac, open SwiftList from the menu bar, then Settings, then Premium. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so use the same one you bought with. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac.

My lists are not syncing between devices.

Sync is part of Premium and goes through your own iCloud. On each device, check that you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, and that Premium shows as active. Settings, then Sync, shows the status and has Sync Now. Items added from a widget or the share sheet sync after you next open the app.

I used the original SwiftList. Where are my lists?

Update the app rather than deleting it: deleting an app deletes what it stored. When you open SwiftList 2.0 for the first time, your old lists move over, and Premium is yours at no cost on that device. If something looks wrong after the update, write to us before deleting anything.

Why can’t I add another list, or nest deeper?

Free covers 3 active lists, 2 levels deep. Archiving a list frees a slot, and archived lists don’t count. Nothing you already made is locked or removed: lists over a limit stay visible and editable. Premium removes the limits.

My alerts are not arriving.

Allow notifications for SwiftList in the Settings app. Alerts are set per item on its details screen. An item without a due date never gets a due-date alert.

How do I connect an AI assistant on my Mac?

SwiftList for Mac includes a local MCP server. Your assistant connects to it on your Mac, and can read your lists until you turn on changes in SwiftList’s settings. Setup guide, or choose “SwiftList MCP” in the form below.

Facets, iPhone

A card for every version of you. Get it on the App Store.

I paid and my cards are still limited.

Open Settings inside Facets and tap Restore purchase. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so make sure you are signed in with the same one you bought with.

I got a new phone and my cards are gone.

Facets stores your cards on the device, not on a server. If you turned on backup, sign in to the same iCloud account and your cards come back. If backup was off, they were only ever on the old phone.

A file I attached says it cannot be found.

Facets links to files where they live rather than copying them. If the file moved, was renamed, or lives in an iCloud folder that has not downloaded yet, the link breaks. Open the card, tap the attachment, and link it again.

My QR code will not scan.

A card carrying a lot of information makes a dense code. Remove the photo from the QR content, or show the code full screen with the brightness up. Codes scan better on a screen than printed small.

I forgot the PIN on my private cards.

There is no recovery, and this is deliberate. A PIN we could reset is a PIN anyone could reset. You can clear the private section and start over, which permanently deletes the cards inside it.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. Everything stored on the device goes with it. If you turned on backup, also remove Facets data from iCloud in the iOS Settings app.
