Access and Drives

Allow QFloat to reach your files, grant your Home folder, refresh items, and use the Drives group to open, rename and eject volumes.
Access #
macOS asks you to allow QFloat to reach your files. Rows that need permission show an Allow button. Settings › Access has Grant Home folder…, Add Folder… and Refresh all items.
Moved or missing items #
QFloat follows files you rename or move. If items go missing, Fix All finds what it can.
The Drives group #
The Drives group lists mounted volumes with their free space, for example “275 GB free of 995 GB”. Right-click a drive for Open, Show in Finder, Rename, Restore Original Name and Eject (for ejectable drives). Sort it Custom, A–Z or Z–A. Hide it with Hide Drives or in Settings.
